Lampung, June 2, 2026 – PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA), through its hospitality subsidiary PT BATIQA Hotel Manajemen, has officially signed a hotel management agreement with Adora Marsada Group to develop BATIQA Hotel Adora Lampung. The project marks a strategic step in expanding BATIQA’s presence across Sumatra while further strengthening its position as a trusted and leading local hotel brand in Indonesia.
Kadek Suartana, Head of Hospitality Operations of PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk, stated that BATIQA Hotel Adora Lampung will adopt an airport lifestyle transit hotel concept designed to meet the needs of both leisure and business travelers seeking comfortable and easily accessible accommodation.
“We are very optimistic that BATIQA Hotel Adora Lampung will commence operations in 2027 and become BATIQA’s second property in Lampung. The airport lifestyle transit hotel concept is not new to BATIQA. We have successfully implemented this concept at BATIQA Hotel Pekanbaru, which has consistently achieved an average occupancy rate of over 70% during the past three years,” said Kadek.
