Investor Consortium in Brunei Darussalam January 13, 2024

Mr. Johannes Suriadjaja, President Director of PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk, attended the meeting with President Joko Widodo and number of Brunei Darussalam businessmen (a consortium of investors) at Assarraa Guest House, Bandar Seri Begawan, on Saturday night, January 13, 2024.
On the occasion, President Jokowi explained the investment potential and government plans in building the National Capital (IKN). The government will build IKN as a smart forest city with 70 percent of the area as green areas and 80 percent of transportation as public transportation based on green energy.
President Jokowi conveyed the progress of core development which has reached 70 percent and is targeted for completion in mid-2024. In addition, currently there has also been a lot of investment that has entered and started infrastructure development which is marked by laying the first stone or groundbreaking.

Suryacipta and SCP Collaborate to Promote Indonesia Investment in China

This funding facility will be used for land expenditure costs and infrastructure development in Subang Smartpolitan which is developed and managed by PT Suryacipta Swadaya, a subsidiary of PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk. Subang Smartpolitan is targeted to operate in 2024 and is an integrated independent township that provides land plots for the manufacturing industry and commercial businesses, including residences, shopping centers, etc. supported by national strategic infrastructure such as Patimban Seaport which can be reached directly via the Patimban Access Toll Road, close to Kertajati International Airport and connected to the Trans Java Toll Road.
