SAI is engaged in hospitality business, and owns two five-star hotels i.e. Meliá Bali Hotel (MBH) with 494 rooms located in Nusa Dua, Bali, and Gran Meliá Jakarta with 335 rooms.

Meliá Bali Hotel is located in the Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) complex in Nusa Dua. It has 494 rooms including 10 villas built on 11-hectare of land. The resort boasts a tropical garden, a beach, and swimming pool with spa facilities. The hotel also features five international restaurants, cocktail lounges and bars, business center, water sports facility, tennis court, fitness center, sauna, open-air theater, as well as meeting and conference rooms. MBH Nusa Dua takes pride in its service excellence, and every year it garners awards at both national and international levels.

Gran Meliá Jakarta is located in the golden triangle of Kuningan, South Jakarta, providing easy access to all directions including to the Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Cengkareng. For meetings and conferences, Gran Meliá Jakarta is equipped with 13 (thirteen) multipurpose rooms. The hotel also features Yoshi Izakaya Japanese restaurant and Tien Chao Chinese restaurant, as well as a health and fitness center. Gran Meliá Jakarta completed its renovation in 2013, and now with a revamped look it is ready to compete in the increasingly competitive five-star hotel market in Jakarta.

BATIQA Hotels brand is the newest hotel chain managed by PT BHM Hospitality. BATIQA Hotels aims to create high quality services for all stakeholders by continuously delivering outstanding services based on uniquely Indonesian hospitality and the highest standards of professionalism to the guests.

BHM Hospitality has been managing BATIQA Hotels since 2014, including BATIQA Hotel & Apartments Karawang with 137 rooms (inaugurated on 18 September 2014), BATIQA Hotel Cirebon with108 rooms (inaugurated on 9 September 2015), BATIQA Hotel Jababeka with 127 rooms (inaugurated on 11 November 2015), BATIQA Hotel Palembang with 160 rooms (inaugurated on 18 February 2016), BATIQA Hotel Pekanbaru with 133 rooms (inaugurated on 26 August 2016), BATIQA Hotel Lampung with 108 rooms (inaugurated on 16 September 2016). On 8 August 2018, BATIQA successfully opened BATIQA Hotel Darmo – Surabaya. On 10 April 2021, BATIQA Hotel Management (BHM Hospitality) inaugurated BATIQA Hotel Jayapura. BATIQA Hotels plans to continue to expand its business hotel chains to various cities all over Indonesia.
