JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Conduct and implement a systematic, identified, and complete legal file system and perform orderly administration of legal documents (including permits) based on company history in order to facilitate the search for legal documents
- Prepare invitations, documents, and completeness of implementation for the Meeting of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners and/or Committee of the Company; Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and/or Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in order to ensure that meeting activities run smoothly
- Perform secretarial duties for sending and receiving legal documents with and from outside parties
- Reviewing/assisting the legal document process (Deed, cooperation agreement and/or loan agreement) in order to ensure the suitability of the legal document with the predetermined circular
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Having a good knowledge in Legal Regulations
- Good in Administration Skill
- Good in communication skill, high integrity, attention to detail
- Willing to be placed at PT. Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk, Jakarta
