Corporate Planning Analyst

Job description:

  • Develop, suggest, and implement an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide management team with appropriate analytic tools to support business planning & decision making process
  • Work closely with Head of Corporate Planning & Risk Management to maintain and evaluate achievement and follow-up strategies in order to support the achievement of the company's vision and mission
  • Apply strategic frameworks to analyze & identify any kind of risks towards company and develop risk mitigation system
  • Analyze, evaluate and create sustainable management system in our company group and continuously seeking for improvement towards the implementation process.
  • Analyze and plan company group’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI) & tools to monitor and evaluate the achievements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with group strategy partners, management, and stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Business, Management or equal, with a master's degree highly desirable.
  • 3 - 5 years in Corporate Planning, System Management Development & Implementation, Risk Management.
  • Data & Business Intelligence experience (e.g. Data Analysis, Power BI, Tableau) is preferred
  • 1-3 years of Consulting experience will be a plus point
  • Understand broad business issues, benchmark and analyze various business risks, able to design, carry out analysis and business process models.
  • Negotiation skill, risk & business analysis, strong analytical background, a problem solver and have excellent diagramming and communication.
  • Specialized knowledge: hospitality, property, construction industry, knowledge of macro and micro economic conditions, organization’s culture and structure.
  • High integrity and trustworthy, have a good relationship with co-workers and business associates, ability to multi task and work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English.
