HR Manager

Job Descriptions:  

  • Manage and monitor activities to fulfill manpower needs, Manpower Planning (MPP), recruitment, selection, placement, to orientation of new employees. 
  • Manage performance management system, including performance planning, monitoring, and evaluation, and individual development plan to create an objective evaluation system and improve employee productivity. 
  • Manage, analyze, and evaluate periodically about employee development & training needs together with Dept. Head / Division Head to ensure employee development is in line with the competencies needed. 
  • Manage, analyze, and administer HR operation matters, such as attendance, compensation & benefits, company regulation, employee events, and data administration to ensure the payroll process is carried out accurately and by applicable regulations. 
  • Ensure that the company's HR operational policies and processes such as organization development, recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefit, and industrial relations are adhered to. 
  • Prepare and maintain operational budget & yearly target for HR, participate in the budget process as it relates to HR activities. 
  • Responsible for maintaining positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and resolving disputes and conflicts within the organization. 


Job Requirements:  

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, master's degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or equivalent.  
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).  
  • At least 5 Years of working experience and 3 years in a Managerial Role.  
  • Having experience in property or industrial estate is an advantage.  
  • Having knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, industrial relations, HRIS, etc.).  
  • Having knowledge of labor laws and other related HR regulations in Indonesia.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.  
  • Excellent in data administration, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.  
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java, and travel to Subang.
