GM Sales & Revenue

Job Descriptions:

- Formulating dynamic sales and pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and earnings.   

- Understanding the unique characteristics and competitive advantages of each property to set the right prices for the target market segment and appeal to a broader range of potential guests.   

- Enhancing revenue management processes involves constantly analyzing data and adjusting to increase profitability. Includes adjusting pricing, managing inventory effectively, and utilizing technology and data analytics to make informed decisions.   

- Led, mentored, and developed the sales, revenue, and reservation team to achieve high performance, continuous learning, and accountability for a cohesive and efficient team.   

- Analyzing user behavior and working with other departments, such as marketing and product development for improving conversion rates, retaining customers, and acquiring new users.   

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams ensures that the guest experience is consistent and exceptional. 

 

Requirements:

- Candidate has at least 5+ years' experience in hospitality sales, marketing, or revenue management field.   

- Candidate should have strong analytical skills to analyze data numerically and effectively.   

- Candidate must be a detailed and problem-solver person to achieve maximum level of customer satisfaction and ensure that guests have a positive experience.   

- Candidate must thrive in target-driven environments (motivated to reach the target or even more than the target given), showcasing high ownership, and have strong leadership and management skills.   

- Candidate must be a learning enthusiast, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic environment in the face of challenges. 

- Fluent in English.
