IT Officer (Surabaya)
Job Description:
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Responds courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from guests and system users.
- Ensures cleanliness of all data equipment and computer rooms.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Should be capable of doing Root Cause Analysis on a problem.
- Monitors and maintains proper inventory of hardware and software license
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experiences in the same field.
- Understand current trends and developments in information technology
- Service oriented, helpful and trustworthy person.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and team.
- Self motivated, outgoing personality and result oriented.
