Senior Legal Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.)
- Drafted various draft and edit the contract templates
- Conduct perform legal research as needed, and support projects as requested
- Assist and provide advice to the Company in litigation case (if necessary)
- Doing advisory and review on company’s legal document.
- Provide advice and support for cross-functional departments from legal & compliance aspect.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Law degree from a reputable university
- Have 2-3 years in law firm or start-up company is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional leadership and strong negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant applicable laws, rules and regulations
- Having experience in litigation would be advantage
