Bookeeper
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Record daily financial transactions and complete the shipping process
- Reconcile sales tax, employee payroll tax article 21, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month
- Monitor transactions and financial reports
- Process the company's accounts receivable and payable
- Process checks and understand ledgers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum bachelor degree from Accounting, Financial Management, or related study
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in same position
- High Integrity
- Good analytics and reporting skills
- Have a high-level attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
