HR Intern

PLACEMENT : PT. SURYA SEMESTA INTERNUSA TBK, JAKARTA

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsible for administration tasks to designated for HR related (applicant database, training database, and others)
Archiving files (softcopy and hardcopy) and data entry
Maintain and organize data confidentiality accurately and up to date
Guarantee the accomplishment of given targets
Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
Involved in HR Project (Culture / Training / Recruitment)

REQUIREMENTS :

Diploma or Bachelor degree or final year student from Pyschology / Management (for HR)
Organized, agile, attentive to details, and have a positive can-do attitude
Having organizational experience and competition is a plus.
Responsible, honest and thoroughness.
Ability to multitask and good skills in administration.
Able to use Microsoft office
Willing to work full time (5 days a week, 8 hours)
Willing to be placed at PT. Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk, Jakarta
