HR Manager

Job Description : 

  • Ensure that the company HR operational policies and processes such as organization development, recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefit, industrial relation, procurement are adhered to and continually improved.
  • Participate in the budget process as it relates to HR activities. Prepare and maintain operational budget.
  • Do an effective, thorough and objectives investigations for the encountered HR related matters and propose solution with action plan.
  • Oversee office administration & documentation related to HR activities such as; staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation, etc.
  • Manage and supervise overall general affairs duties.
  • Provide guidance to the employee regarding employee activity, employee relations, coaching, counselling and discipline. 
  • Encourages a good standard of employee conduct and behavior and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary.
  • Develop and lead the talent development function. Utilize employee’s abilities and provide them to meet the needs of the organization.

Requirement : 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English (oral and written)
  • At least 5 Years of working experience in Human Resources and General Affairs, and having 3 years in Managerial Role.
  • Having knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, personnel administration, procurement, training & development, performance management, industrial relation, HRIS, etc)
  • Having knowledge in labour laws and other related HR regulations in Indonesia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent in data administration, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to be placed in our Business Unit (Property / Hospitality / Construction) or Head Office
