HRGA Senior Supervisor

Job Description: 

  • Responsible for Socialization and implementation HRGA policies and procedures such as organization development, recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefit, industrial relation, procurement, etc.
  • Review and resolve Industrial Relations issue to comply with company regulations and Indonesia Labour Law. Do an effective, thorough and objectives investigations for the encountered HR related matters and propose solution with action plan.
  • Maintain and provide Company’s fix assets
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HRGA activities such as; staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation, etc.
  • Responsible in supporting data for budget preparation related to HRGA
  • Responsible for General Affair service delivery in term of office management, building & tenant relations, office equipment, office consumables, transportation & mailing, receptionist, OB, and security

Qualifications: 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English (oral and written)
  • At least 5 Years of working experience in Human Resources and General Affairs, and having 3 years in Supervisory role.
  • Having knowledge of HRGA functions (recruitment, personnel administration, procurement, training & development, performance management, industrial relation, HRIS, etc)
  • Having knowledge in labour laws and other related HR regulations in Indonesia
  • Having experience in Industrial Relations matters will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent in data administration, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to be placed in our Business Unit
