Corporate Legal Manager / Senior Manager

Job Description: 

  • Review, negotiate and/or draft legal documents and other particulars as necessary, provide legal advise and to execute where relevant in relation to the company's day to day operation
  • legal and regulatory issues and questions raised by internal stakeholders on a timely basis, to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives while in the same time to secure maximal legal and compliance.
  • Directly liaise with OJK, BI or any other relevant regulators regarding research, licensing and compliance issues for different aspects of company business.
  • Establish a good partnership with business units to address its needs, liaise with outside counsel to provide practical legal solutions and answer legal questions, when necessary.
  • Provide legal assistant, drafting, reviewing and preparing all legal documentation for corporate action such as right issue, private placement, corporate bonds, medium term notes, bank financing & refinancing.
  • Conducting and coordinating to convene Annual and Extraordinary of General Meeting of Shareholders.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
  • At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in corporate and law at a law firm and/or in-house for public listed company. Large firm experience and strong credentials are ideal.
  • Proficiency in English for both oral and written communication
  • Good communication & strong negotiation skills, drafting and analytical skills.
  • Able to work effectively and under pressure without compromising on quality.
  • Proficiency in English (Drafting and Oral) and Bahasa Indonesia
